- Day 0 — The treated area may be red, swollen and slightly raised straight after your session. A cool compress wrapped in a clean cloth can help ease discomfort. Avoid direct heat, tight clothing, and anything that might irritate the area.

Small blisters, scabbing or a frosted appearance can sometimes develop as part of normal healing.
