The Evidence
The research behind our programs. Real, published studies behind the therapies we deliver — not marketing claims. Filter by the program you are curious about.
Photobiomodulation Before Intense Exercise in High-Level Soccer Players
A randomised controlled trial gave elite soccer players red and near infrared light therapy before an intense running test, then measured functional performance, muscle damage, inflammatory and oxidative stress markers against a placebo group.
Floatation-REST in Anxious and Depressed Individuals
Seventy five participants with anxiety and depression completed repeated float sessions in this randomised safety and feasibility trial. Prior single sessions had shown an anxiety and mood benefit lasting over 48 hours; this trial tested whether repeated sessions were tolerable and safe.
Infrared Sauna as an Exercise Mimetic in Healthy Women
A randomised controlled crossover trial compared infrared sauna against moderate intensity exercise and rest, measuring core temperature, blood pressure, arterial stiffness and heart rate variability to understand how sauna heat compares physiologically to exercise.
Lower-Limb Intermittent Pneumatic Compression on Sports Recovery
This systematic review and meta-analysis pooled results across multiple trials of pneumatic compression (the technology behind recovery boots). Findings across individual trials are mixed, underscoring that compression works well for some recovery markers and less consistently for others.
Electromagnetic Stimulation for Postpartum Pelvic Floor Strength
A randomised controlled trial compared electromagnetic pelvic floor stimulation directly against standard Kegel exercises in postpartum women. The electromagnetic stimulation group showed significantly greater pelvic floor muscle strength gains than the Kegel-only group.
