Magnesium Float Therapy in Campbellfield
A private float pod, body temperature water saturated with pharmaceutical grade Epsom salt, and nothing left to do except be still.

Why people come to float
Maybe your mind never really switches off. Maybe sleep has been patchy for longer than you'd like to admit. Maybe you just want one hour where nobody can reach you, nothing needs a response, and your body gets to properly stop.
Float therapy tends to suit people who are craving genuine, deep rest, not just time off, but an actual break from sound, light and gravity for a while.
The science behind why it works
Float therapy is a form of what's technically called Restricted Environmental Stimulation Therapy, or REST. With sound, light and gravity removed from the equation, your brain has far less sensory input to process than usual. Research into this shift describes brainwave activity moving toward a theta state, the kind of relaxed, drifting awareness that ordinarily only shows up in the moments right before sleep or right after waking. In a float pod, you can experience that state while still fully conscious.
How it works
You float effortlessly in body temperature water saturated with pharmaceutical grade Epsom salt, inside a private pod with the lid open or closed, whichever you prefer. The concentrated Epsom salt solution creates buoyancy, allowing the body to float with very little effort. The warm, reduced-stimulation environment gives many people dedicated time to rest and decompress.
Many clients find the first 20 minutes an adjustment before a deep sense of calm sets in, as the nervous system settles without its usual sensory input to process. That first-20-minutes adjustment is normal, not a sign it isn't working.
What to expect during your session
Sessions run 30 or 60 minutes. The pod comfortably fits two people together, up to a maximum combined weight of 140kg, if you'd rather share the experience than float alone. You choose the lid open or closed, there's no wrong way to do this. For the best experience, avoid caffeine in the hours before your float and try to arrive without rushing straight from something stressful.
Who it may suit
- Your sleep has been inconsistent and you want to support it properly, not just mask it
- You're carrying stress that regular rest doesn't seem to touch
- You want one hour of genuine, sensory-free stillness
- You're already using sauna or red light and want to add a deeper reset alongside them
- You'd like to try floating with a partner rather than alone
Many clients describe float therapy as the deepest rest they get in their week, which is why it anchors our Stress Reset and Sleep Optimisation Programs alongside sauna and red light.

REST stands for Restricted Environmental Stimulation Therapy, the technical term for removing sound, light and gravity from your senses all at once. It's a genuinely different depth of rest to lying on a couch, since your brain has almost nothing left to process.
