Recovery, engineered
Every therapy is supervised by a nurse and dosed to a wellness protocol — never guesswork.
Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy
1.3 ATA sessions to enhance tissue oxygenation, cellular repair and recovery. Bring a partner or friend along — our chamber seats two, turning recovery time into quality time together.
You will relax in a comfortable pressurised chamber for 30, 60 or 90 minutes while breathing a higher concentration of oxygen. As pressure increases, oxygen dissolves more efficiently into your blood plasma, reaching tissue that reduced circulation can otherwise struggle to reach. The chamber comfortably seats two people at once, so many clients bring a partner, friend or family member to share the experience side by side, though a solo session is just as easy to book. Most clients read, rest or simply close their eyes throughout. Results build across a course of sessions rather than after a single visit, which is why HBOT is prescribed as part of a structured Recovery Pathway. Delivered at a mild 1.3 ATA wellness dose under nurse supervision, with a screening consult beforehand to check for contraindications.
Photobiomodulation
Full body red light across four wavelengths for pain relief, muscle recovery and cellular renewal.
You will stand or lie within full body red and near infrared light for around 20 minutes, fully clothed or in light clothing. The light reaches different depths depending on wavelength, from surface skin renewal through to muscle and joint tissue. Sessions are relaxing and need no downtime, so many clients pair one with another therapy on the same visit. Benefits build with consistency, typically two to three times a week over several weeks.
Infrared Sauna
Deep heat therapy supporting circulation, detoxification and stress relief.
Sessions run 45 minutes in a private cabin, where infrared panels gently raise your core body temperature rather than heating the surrounding air the way a traditional sauna does. That makes the heat easier to tolerate for a longer session while still encouraging a deep sweat, better circulation and a real sense of calm. Bring water and allow a few minutes afterwards to cool down and rehydrate.
Magnesium Float Therapy
Sensory deprivation float pod with pharmaceutical grade Epsom salt for deep nervous system reset.
You will float effortlessly in body temperature water saturated with pharmaceutical grade Epsom salt, inside a private pod with the lid open or closed, whichever you prefer. Sessions run 30 or 60 minutes, and the pod comfortably fits two people together, up to a maximum combined weight of 140kg, if you would rather share the experience. With sound, light and gravity removed from the equation, many clients find the first 20 minutes an adjustment before a deep sense of calm sets in. Magnesium absorbs through the skin throughout, supporting muscle relaxation and nervous system recovery.
Recovery Boots
Dynamic compression therapy to support circulation, reduce soreness and speed recovery.
You will sit comfortably while compression boots sequentially inflate up the legs, mirroring the muscle pump action that assists blood and lymphatic flow. Sessions run 40 or 60 minutes and are commonly booked straight after exercise or alongside another therapy. Most clients read or check messages throughout, since the sensation is firm but not uncomfortable.
Women's Health
A non invasive EMS chair treatment for pelvic floor strength and urinary incontinence, delivering the equivalent of 11,000 Kegel exercises in a single session.
Supports weak pelvic floor muscles, various types of urinary incontinence, postpartum recovery and intimate wellbeing.
This pelvic floor chair offers a non invasive approach to urinary incontinence and intimate wellbeing. It supports those experiencing urinary incontinence with a completely non invasive option which may help them regain their confidence, and is designed to treat weak pelvic floor muscles and various types of urinary incontinence. Sessions take place fully clothed in a supportive chair, using targeted electromagnetic stimulation to deliver the equivalent of around 11,000 Kegel exercises within a single 30 minute session. There is no undressing and no downtime, so many clients fit this around errands or a work break. A course of sessions is typically recommended rather than a single visit. Speak with one of our nurses to tailor your pelvic floor and intimate health plan.
IV Nutrient Therapy
Infusions including vitamins, minerals, NAD+ and iron, delivered by a nurse to support energy, hydration and recovery.
A registered nurse reviews your health history before your first infusion to confirm suitability. The drip itself takes around 30 to 45 minutes, during which you can sit back and relax. Popular options include vitamin and mineral blends for general wellness, NAD+ to support cellular energy and healthy ageing, and iron infusions for clients who are low in iron or feeling persistently fatigued. Because nutrients are delivered directly into the bloodstream, absorption is faster and more complete than oral supplements.
Recovery Pathways
We didn't just read the research, we tested it ourselves. Each program is built on published clinical evidence and refined by our own team before it ever reached a client. Six are matched to you instantly by the Recovery Score tool below; two are specialty pathways best started with a consultation.

Which of these eight is actually yours? That's exactly what the Recovery Blueprint is built to answer. You'll spend a few minutes answering honest questions about your energy, sleep, stress, pain and goals — and we'll match you to the pathway built for exactly where you are today, not a guess.
Before My BioHealth was a clinic, it was a frustration.
I've always been wellness driven — training, nutrition, recovery, the whole picture, long before any of it became a clinic. As an Enrolled Nurse (EN), I spent years watching people get handed the same generic advice, the same guesswork, the same “just relax and see how you feel” approach to recovery and wellness — even when what they actually needed was something structured, something measured, something built on evidence rather than a trend.
That frustration sent me looking further than the ward. I kept training as a fitness enthusiast, kept studying, and kept chasing the therapies backed by real evidence rather than trends — eventually completing a biohacking and longevity coaching course so I could bring genuinely evidence informed protocols to my own health first, and then to my clients. Founding My BioHealth let me bring all of it together: the clinical grounding, the fitness background, and a real hunger to keep learning what actually moves the needle for people's health.
I did not want to open another spa. I wanted to build the place I could not find: nurse led, evidence informed, and built around a real pathway rather than a menu of random sessions. Before we ever offer a therapy to a client, our own team tries it first — and I still personally coach many clients through their Recovery Pathway myself, bringing what I've learned through my own training and ongoing education into the room with them.
The name is personal on purpose. This is My BioHealth, not just a service you buy, but something you take ownership of — whether that means recovering from fatigue, rebuilding after an injury, supporting your skin, or simply feeling like yourself again.
A facility that treats people like people, not appointment slots, led by nurses who still believe recovery deserves to be taken seriously.
