Booking & your first visit
Can I book a treatment without an assessment first?
Yes. If you know which wellness service you want, go straight to its page and booking link. Any required screening or consultation is explained there. You do not need to complete the Recovery Blueprint before booking an individual session or pack. Browse Wellness & Recovery.
Where is My BioHealth?
Find us at Unit 3, 11–13 Thompson Street, Campbellfield VIC 3061, in Melbourne’s north. View contact details and published hours.
How do I book?
Open the service page and use its booking action. Individual services use the existing Fresha booking routes. Read the appointment details and any consultation requirements before confirming. Choose your service.
Do I need to pay when I book?
Check the payment terms displayed for your selected appointment before confirming. If anything is unclear, ask our team before booking.
What should I bring or wear?
Wear something comfortable and arrive 10 minutes early for your first visit to allow time for any required paperwork. Float and Red Light have their own preparation and clothing guidance: Float · Red Light.
Can I do more than one treatment on the same day?
Some clients book more than one service on a visit. Ask the team about the combination, timing and suitability before arranging your appointments. Ask about your visit.
Choosing a service & ongoing visits
Will I notice anything after one session?
People experience sessions differently. Some notice a change in how they feel; others use visits as part of a regular routine. The service page explains the treatment goals without promising a particular result. Explore the services.
Do I need multiple sessions?
The number and frequency depend on the service, your goals and suitability. You can start with an individual appointment where available and discuss next steps with the team. A pack or ongoing program is an option, not a requirement for every visitor.
How long should I continue?
There is no single schedule for every treatment or person. Discuss your experience and goals with the team before deciding on further visits. If you choose a Recovery Pathway, its specific structure and review process are explained through the existing pathway information.
What if I do not know which service to choose?
Tell the team what you are looking for and ask for guidance. Ask the Team. For clients who want a structured starting point, the Recovery Blueprint is an optional route.
What happens before my first HBOT session?
My BioHealth offers mild HBOT at 1.3 ATA. Relevant screening is completed before the first session begins. Read the service’s preparation and suitability information, and tell the team about relevant health conditions when arranging your visit. View HBOT details.
Can I book Float Therapy while pregnant?
Please contact the team before booking so your circumstances and comfort can be considered. Discuss any pregnancy complications, restrictions or concerns with your maternity care provider. Read Float preparation and suitability · Ask the Team.
Where can I read about the science?
Use the Knowledge Hub for clear explanations, or the Evidence Hub to explore research sources and study context. You can book without reading either hub first.
Packs, memberships & changes
Can I buy a pack without the Blueprint?
Yes. You can choose a pack directly when it is available for your service. The Blueprint is optional guidance for clients who want it. Find your service and its published packs.
When do packs expire?
The published package terms state that packs expire 3 months from purchase. Review the terms and your chosen pack before buying. Read Terms & Conditions.
How do memberships work?
Memberships offer recurring access to specified services. The published plans have an initial 3-month minimum; cancellation requires 30 days’ written notice. Compare the inclusions and review the terms before joining. Compare Memberships · Read the Terms.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
Please give at least 24 hours’ notice. Under the published terms, late cancellations or missed limited-service appointments count as used, and package sessions are forfeited. Repeated no-shows can lead to booking restrictions. Read the full policy.
Can I move from a pack into a Recovery Pathway?
Ask the team to discuss your remaining sessions and the options before purchasing a pathway. Any arrangement should be confirmed with you; do not assume an automatic credit or transfer. Ask the Team.
