Services
Every therapy below is supervised by a nurse and dosed to a structured protocol.
Photobiomodulation for Skin
Red & near infrared light to support collagen renewal, tone and tissue recovery.
You will relax under full body red and near infrared light for around 20 minutes. Alongside supporting skin tone and texture, the same session supports collagen producing cells and tissue recovery, which is why it is a popular addition after other aesthetic treatments. No downtime and no discomfort, so many clients simply close their eyes and treat it as a reset.
- Arrive with clean skin — no makeup, lotion, oil or sunscreen on the areas being treated.
- Remove jewellery and watches.
- Protective eyewear is provided and must be worn.
- Hydrate well before and after your session.
This treatment may not be suitable if:
- You take medication that increases light sensitivity, such as some antibiotics, isotretinoin or St John’s Wort.
- You have skin cancer, melanoma or an undiagnosed lesion in the treatment area.
- You have photosensitive epilepsy.
- You are pregnant — please discuss with your practitioner first.
- You have had a corticosteroid injection in the area within the last week.
This list is a guide, not a complete medical screening. Every client completes a health assessment with a registered nurse before their first session, and suitability is always confirmed in person. If you are unsure, or have a condition not listed here, please contact us before booking.
- Sessions run 20 minutes.
- There is no downtime — you can return to normal activity immediately.
PRP / PRF
Platelet rich therapies for hair restoration and skin rejuvenation, using your own blood’s natural growth factors to support regeneration.
PRP and PRF both start the same way: a small blood sample is drawn and spun in a centrifuge to concentrate its platelets and growth factors, then reintroduced to the treatment area. PRF spins at a lower speed than PRP, preserving more white blood cells and fibrin, which creates a gel like matrix that releases growth factors more gradually over time. We use both for hair and for skin, tailoring which one, or a combination of both, suits your goals. For hair, PRP and PRF are injected into the scalp to support thinning areas and encourage healthier regrowth over a course of sessions. For skin, both support overall texture, tone and collagen, and PRF in particular has become a favourite for the delicate under eye area, where its gentler, slower release profile suits thin skin better than PRP alone. The full appointment, including preparation, typically runs 45 to 60 minutes. Because it uses your own blood, reaction risk is minimal, though some redness, swelling or tenderness at the site is normal for a few days. Most clients begin with a short course before moving to periodic maintenance.
Common reasons clients choose PRP or PRF:
• Post hair transplant: supporting graft survival and healthier regrowth in the months following a transplant.
• Androgenic alopecia and pattern hair loss: a course of sessions to help slow thinning and support existing follicles.
• Postpartum hair loss: supporting hormonal shedding after pregnancy, often alongside our Women’s Wellness Program.
• General scalp and hair health: a preventative option for clients without noticeable loss who want to support density and scalp health over time.
- Eat a proper meal and hydrate well before your appointment — a blood sample is taken.
- Avoid alcohol for 24 hours beforehand.
- Where your doctor agrees it is safe, avoid anti-inflammatory medication such as ibuprofen and aspirin for several days before.
- Arrive with clean skin or scalp — no makeup or product on the treatment area.
- Tell your practitioner about all medications, particularly blood thinners.
This treatment may not be suitable if:
- You have a blood or platelet disorder, or a clotting disorder.
- You take anticoagulant (blood thinning) medication.
- You have an active infection, or a skin infection at the treatment site.
- You have a current cancer diagnosis, particularly a blood cancer.
- You have severe anaemia.
- You are pregnant or breastfeeding.
- You have had a corticosteroid injection in the area recently.
This list is a guide, not a complete medical screening. Every client completes a health assessment with a registered nurse before their first session, and suitability is always confirmed in person. If you are unsure, or have a condition not listed here, please contact us before booking.
- Results vary from person to person, and are not guaranteed.
- Expect redness, mild swelling or tenderness at the site for a few days.
- Most clients start with a course of sessions before moving to periodic maintenance.
- Because it uses your own blood, the risk of an allergic reaction is minimal.
IV Therapy & NAD+
Infusions delivered by a nurse to support cellular energy, hydration and recovery.
After a nurse led health check, your infusion runs 30 to 60 minutes while you relax in the clinic. NAD+ specifically supports cellular energy production and the repair processes linked to how skin and tissue age over time, which is why it is often paired with our skin and recovery treatments rather than taken on its own.
- Eat a proper meal before your appointment — do not come fasted.
- Hydrate well in the 24 hours beforehand, as it makes the cannula easier to place.
- Wear a short sleeve top, or something with sleeves that roll up easily.
- Avoid alcohol the day before.
- Bring a list of your medications, supplements and any allergies.
This treatment may not be suitable if:
- You have kidney disease or reduced kidney function.
- You have heart failure or fluid restriction advice from your doctor.
- You have G6PD deficiency — particularly relevant for high dose vitamin C.
- You have a known allergy to any of the infusion components.
- You are pregnant or breastfeeding — please discuss with your practitioner and doctor.
- You have an active infection or fever.
This list is a guide, not a complete medical screening. Every client completes a health assessment with a registered nurse before their first session, and suitability is always confirmed in person. If you are unsure, or have a condition not listed here, please contact us before booking.
- Infusions run 30 to 60 minutes and are administered by a registered nurse.
- NAD+ infusions are given slowly — running them too fast can cause discomfort, so the session is paced to you.
Skin Needling
Fine sterile needles create controlled micro injuries to trigger your skin’s own collagen and elastin production.
Supports acne scarring, fine lines, enlarged pores, uneven texture and mild pigmentation.
A numbing cream is applied before your session for comfort. A sterile, fine needle device passes over the treatment area, creating thousands of microscopic channels that trigger your skin’s own repair response, boosting collagen and elastin over the following weeks. Expect redness similar to mild sunburn for 24 to 48 hours afterwards. Pricing depends on the serum used during your treatment, from Aqua Stem Cell through to Rejuran boosters, with your practitioner helping you choose the right one during consultation. Most treatment plans run as a course of 3 to 6 sessions spaced 4 to 6 weeks apart, with results building progressively. Whichever serum you choose, a 3 Session Pack saves 10% and a 6 Session Pack saves 15%.
- Stop retinoids, retinol and exfoliating acids 5 to 7 days beforehand.
- Avoid sun exposure and tanning for 2 weeks before your session.
- Do not wax the area for a week beforehand.
- Arrive with clean skin, no makeup.
- If you get cold sores, tell your practitioner — you may need antiviral medication beforehand.
This treatment may not be suitable if:
- You have active or inflammatory acne, or a rosacea or eczema flare in the treatment area.
- You have an active cold sore or herpes outbreak.
- You have a tendency to keloid or hypertrophic scarring.
- You take blood thinning medication, or have a clotting disorder.
- You have taken isotretinoin (Roaccutane) within the last 6 to 12 months.
- You are pregnant or breastfeeding.
- You have had recent radiation therapy to the area.

Tattoo Removal
Laser tattoo removal breaks down ink particles so your body can clear them naturally, over a series of sessions.
Used for unwanted tattoos, lightening before a cover up, or fading for a fresh redesign.
Your first appointment always begins with a test patch, a small trial spot lasered on or near your tattoo to check how your skin responds before committing to full treatment. When booking, choose the size measurement closest to your tattoo. If it needs adjusting once we see it in person, we will confirm the right size and build your treatment plan together during your test patch appointment. The laser targets ink pigment with short pulses of light, which your body then clears naturally over the following weeks. Most tattoos need 6 to 10 or more sessions depending on ink density, colour and depth, spaced 6 to 8 weeks apart to allow full healing between treatments. Ask about our 3 Session Pack, which includes 15% off compared to booking sessions individually.
- A test patch is required before your first full session.
- Avoid sun exposure and tanning for 4 weeks beforehand.
- Shave the treatment area before you arrive.
- Arrive with clean skin — no makeup, lotion or fake tan on the area.
- Hydrate well in the days beforehand.
This treatment may not be suitable if:
- You are pregnant or breastfeeding.
- You take medication that increases light sensitivity.

CO2 Laser Skin Resurfacing
Fractional CO2 laser resurfacing for the face, neck, décolletage or delicate areas like the eyelids and upper lip, revealing smoother, more even skin beneath.
Supports acne scarring, fine lines and wrinkles, sun damage, skin tightening and uneven texture or pigmentation.
The laser delivers energy in a fine, fractional pattern, removing damaged surface skin while leaving surrounding tissue intact to speed healing. A numbing cream is applied beforehand for comfort. This treatment can be tailored to exactly where you need it, from full face rejuvenation through to neck skin tightening, décolletage rejuvenation, targeted texture and collagen work on the mid or lower face, or delicate resurfacing around the eyelids and upper lip. Expect redness and mild swelling for several days, with some peeling and flaking over the following week as new skin reveals itself. Most clients see noticeable improvement after a single session, with results continuing to develop over the following months as collagen rebuilds. A course may be recommended for more significant concerns, with sessions spaced 6 to 12 months apart to allow full recovery.
- Avoid sun exposure and tanning for 4 weeks beforehand.
- Stop retinoids and exfoliating acids a week before.
- Arrive with clean skin, no makeup.
- If you get cold sores, tell your practitioner — antiviral medication is usually prescribed beforehand.
- Plan for downtime — arrange your schedule around several days of redness and peeling.

Carbon Facial
A carbon peel and laser combination that deep cleans pores, exfoliates dull skin and leaves an instant glow, with no downtime.
Supports dull skin, congested or enlarged pores, mild acne, oily skin and uneven tone.
A layer of liquid carbon is applied to your skin, which settles into pores and across the surface. A laser is then passed over the area, heating and clearing the carbon along with surface dead skin cells, oil and impurities, while gently stimulating collagen underneath. The result is an immediate brightening effect with no downtime, making it a popular pre event treatment. For ongoing concerns like congestion or oiliness, a course every 2 to 4 weeks is commonly recommended.
- Arrive with clean skin, no makeup.
- Stop retinoids and exfoliating acids 3 to 5 days beforehand.
- Avoid sun exposure and tanning beforehand.
- Tell your practitioner if you get cold sores.
This treatment may not be suitable if:
- You are pregnant or breastfeeding.

- You have taken isotretinoin (Roaccutane) recently.
- You have an active cold sore or skin infection.
- You have a recent tan or sunburn.
