Client and practitioner inside the hyperbaric chamber at My BioHealth

Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy

Mild hyperbaric sessions at 1.3 ATA in a wellness setting, 30, 60 or 90 minutes. Bring a partner or friend along. Our chamber seats two, turning recovery time into quality time together.

You will relax in a comfortable pressurised chamber for 30, 60 or 90 minutes while breathing a higher concentration of oxygen. As pressure increases, oxygen dissolves more efficiently into your blood plasma, reaching tissue that reduced circulation can otherwise struggle to reach. The same basic physics used across the wider hyperbaric field, delivered here at a mild wellness dose rather than a clinical intensity. The chamber comfortably seats two people at once, so many clients bring a partner, friend or family member to share the experience side by side, though a solo session is just as easy to book. Most clients read, rest or simply close their eyes throughout. A single session can introduce you to the experience. Where ongoing use is suitable, frequency should be based on the person's goals, tolerance, available evidence and relevant professional advice. Where suitable, mild hyperbaric sessions may be included within a personalised My BioHealth Recovery Pathway following screening and discussion. Delivered at a mild 1.3 ATA wellness dose under nurse supervision, with a screening consult beforehand to check for contraindications. Individual experiences after a session vary. Any change tends to build gradually with consistency, which is exactly why our Recovery Programs schedule HBOT two to three times weekly rather than as an occasional treat.

Client lying in the full-body red light bed with eye protection

Red Light Therapy

Full-body red light therapy using amber (589nm), red (630nm and 660nm) and near-infrared (850nm) wavelengths. Around 20 minutes per session, fully clothed.

589nm · 630nm · 660nm · 850nm

You will stand or lie within full body red and near infrared light for around 20 minutes, fully clothed or in light clothing. The light reaches different depths depending on wavelength: 589nm and 630nm work closer to the skin’s surface, 660nm reaches slightly deeper into tissue, and 850nm near infrared light penetrates furthest, reaching muscle and joint tissue, The relevance of each wavelength depends on the intended use, device output, positioning, session duration and treatment schedule, and a greater number of wavelengths does not automatically produce a better outcome. The mechanism researched in photobiomodulation studies centres on mitochondria, the energy producing structures inside your cells, which are thought to respond to specific wavelengths of red and near infrared light. Sessions are relaxing with minimal to no expected downtime, so many clients pair one with another therapy on the same visit, most commonly HBOT, float or sauna. Benefits build with consistency, typically two to three times a week over several weeks, which is why it features in several of our Recovery Programs rather than being offered as an occasional add-on.

Interior of the private infrared sauna cabin

Infrared Sauna

A private heat-based wellness session designed around warmth, relaxation and a gradual response to infrared heat.

45 min sessions

Sessions run 45 minutes in a private cabin, where infrared panels gently raise your core body temperature rather than heating the surrounding air the way a traditional sauna does. Traditional saunas heat the air around you to high temperatures, which your body then has to work to tolerate; infrared panels instead direct radiant heat that penetrates more directly, which is why an infrared cabin can run at a lower ambient temperature while still producing a deep, comfortable sweat. That makes the heat easier to tolerate for a longer session while still encouraging circulation and a real sense of calm. Many clients use their sauna session as a wind down, particularly when paired with magnesium float or after a training session. Bring water and allow a few minutes afterwards to cool down and rehydrate before your next therapy or heading out.

Magnesium float pod in the private float room

Magnesium Float Therapy

A reduced-stimulation float in warm, concentrated Epsom salt water. 30 or 60 minutes.

60 min

You will float effortlessly in body temperature water saturated with pharmaceutical grade Epsom salt, inside a private pod with the lid open or closed, whichever you prefer. Sessions run 30 or 60 minutes, and the pod comfortably fits two people together, up to a maximum combined weight of 140kg, if you would rather share the experience. With sound, light and gravity removed from the equation, many clients find the first 20 minutes an adjustment before a deep sense of calm sets in, as the nervous system settles without its usual sensory input to process. The concentrated Epsom salt solution creates buoyancy, allowing the body to float with very little effort. The warm, reduced-stimulation environment gives many people dedicated time to rest and decompress. Many clients describe float therapy as the deepest rest they get in their week, which is why it anchors our Stress Reset and Sleep Optimisation Programs alongside sauna and red light.

Client fitting pneumatic compression recovery boots in a reclining chair

Recovery Boots

Dynamic compression sessions that may support post-exercise recovery and provide temporary relief from feelings of tired or heavy legs.

After Exercise · DOMS

You will sit comfortably while compression boots sequentially inflate up the legs, mirroring the muscle pump action that assists blood and lymphatic flow back toward the heart. This sequential, wave like inflation is different to a simple static compression sleeve. The boots inflate in overlapping chambers from foot to thigh, which is the mechanism most commonly referenced in dynamic compression research. Sessions run 40 or 60 minutes and are commonly booked straight after exercise or alongside another therapy such as red light or sauna. Most clients read or check messages throughout, since the sensation is firm but not uncomfortable, and many describe it as similar to a firm, rolling massage up the leg.

Women's Health at My BioHealth

Women's Health

A non-invasive electromagnetic chair session that produces repeated pelvic floor muscle contractions, completed while you remain fully clothed.

Supports weak pelvic floor muscles, various types of urinary incontinence, postpartum recovery and intimate wellbeing.

Pelvic Floor · Urinary Incontinence

This pelvic floor chair offers a non invasive approach to urinary incontinence and intimate wellbeing. It supports those experiencing urinary incontinence with a completely non invasive option which may help them regain their confidence, and is designed to treat weak pelvic floor muscles and various types of urinary incontinence. Sessions take place fully clothed in a supportive chair, using targeted electromagnetic stimulation (HIFEM technology) to contract the pelvic floor muscles far more intensely than a voluntary contraction can achieve, delivering the equivalent of around 11,000 Kegel exercises within a single 30 minute session. There is no undressing and minimal to no expected downtime, so many clients fit this around errands or a work break. A course of sessions is typically recommended rather than a single visit, since pelvic floor strength. Like any muscle training. Builds with consistency over several sessions. Speak with one of our nurses to tailor your pelvic floor and intimate health plan.

IV Nutrient Therapy

Currently unavailable while we bring on an additional nurse. Infusions including vitamins, minerals, NAD+ and iron, delivered by a nurse to support energy, hydration and recovery.

Currently unavailable
From $230

A registered nurse reviews your health history before your first infusion to confirm suitability. The drip itself takes around 30 to 45 minutes, during which you can sit back and relax. Popular options include vitamin and mineral blends for general wellness, NAD+ to support cellular energy and healthy ageing, and iron infusions for clients who are low in iron or feeling persistently fatigued. Because nutrients are delivered directly into the bloodstream, absorption bypasses the digestive system entirely, which is the main reason clients choose IV delivery over an oral supplement when they want a more direct approach. Every infusion is nurse administered from start to finish, with your comfort and safety checked throughout.

Health Kiosk Scan

A baseline set of measurements including body composition, blood pressure and SpO₂. Not a diagnostic or complete health assessment.

Included in Blueprint
Standard$39Advanced$59

A quick, noninvasive scan captures body composition, blood pressure, pulse, SpO₂ and other baseline vitals in a few minutes. This is the objective half of your Recovery Blueprint, sitting alongside your own goals and symptoms, and it is repeated periodically so you and your practitioner can see real, measured progress rather than relying on how you feel on any given day.
