Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT)
A comfortable pressurised chamber that seats two, breathing a higher concentration of oxygen for 30, 60 or 90 minutes at a time.
Why people come to HBOT
Maybe it's the fatigue that coffee doesn't touch anymore. Maybe it's brain fog that makes a normal work day feel heavier than it should. Maybe you're training hard and your recovery just isn't keeping up with your effort. Or maybe you're recovering from something, an injury, a surgery, a long stretch of burnout, and you're looking for something real to support that process, not just rest and hope.
HBOT won't be the right fit for every single one of those reasons, and we'll always tell you honestly if it isn't. But it's exactly why most of our clients first walk through the door.
How it actually works
You relax in a comfortable pressurised chamber for 30, 60 or 90 minutes while breathing a higher concentration of oxygen. As pressure increases, oxygen dissolves more efficiently into your blood plasma, reaching tissue that reduced circulation can otherwise struggle to reach. It's the same basic physics used across the wider hyperbaric field, delivered here at a mild wellness dose rather than a clinical intensity.
Delivered at a mild 1.3 ATA wellness dose under nurse supervision, with a screening consult beforehand to check for contraindications.
What a session is actually like
The chamber comfortably seats two people at once, so many clients bring a partner, friend or family member to share the experience side by side, though a solo session is just as easy to book. Most clients read, rest, or simply close their eyes throughout. It's quiet, it's comfortable, and there's nothing to do except let the session happen.
Why consistency matters more than a single session
Results build across a course of sessions rather than after a single visit, which is why HBOT is prescribed as part of a structured Recovery Pathway rather than sold as a single fix. Many clients notice a sense of calm or mental clarity in the hours after a session, though the more meaningful changes tend to build gradually with consistency, which is exactly why our Recovery Programs schedule HBOT two to three times weekly rather than as an occasional treat.
Who this is designed for
- You're dealing with fatigue or brain fog that rest alone isn't fixing
- You're training seriously and want your recovery to keep pace with your effort
- You're recovering from an injury, surgery, or a long period of burnout
- You want a wellness session you can genuinely share with a partner or friend
- You're looking for something structured, not just another isolated wellness fad
This is general information, not a diagnosis. Our screening consult before your first session is exactly where we make sure this is genuinely right for you.
Common questions
No. We deliver HBOT as a mild 1.3 ATA wellness dose, not a clinical medical intensity. It uses the same basic physics as the wider hyperbaric field, at a gentler pressure suited to wellness and recovery support.
