Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy at My BioHealth

Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy

1.3 ATA sessions to enhance tissue oxygenation, cellular repair and recovery. Bring a partner or friend along — our chamber seats two, turning recovery time into quality time together.

DurationSingle5 Pack10 Pack
30 min
60 min
90 min

You will relax in a comfortable pressurised chamber for 30, 60 or 90 minutes while breathing a higher concentration of oxygen. As pressure increases, oxygen dissolves more efficiently into your blood plasma, reaching tissue that reduced circulation can otherwise struggle to reach. The chamber comfortably seats two people at once, so many clients bring a partner, friend or family member to share the experience side by side, though a solo session is just as easy to book. Most clients read, rest or simply close their eyes throughout. Results build across a course of sessions rather than after a single visit, which is why HBOT is prescribed as part of a structured Recovery Pathway. Delivered at a mild 1.3 ATA wellness dose under nurse supervision, with a screening consult beforehand to check for contraindications.

  • Avoid alcohol and smoking on the day of your session.
  • Eat lightly beforehand — avoid a heavy meal in the hour before.
  • Wear comfortable cotton clothing. Avoid lotions, oils, perfumes and hair products.
  • Tell us if you have a cold, blocked ears or sinus congestion — you may need to reschedule.
  • Arrive 10 minutes early for your first session so we can walk you through equalising your ears.

This treatment may not be suitable if:

  • A collapsed lung (untreated pneumothorax) — this is an absolute contraindication.
  • Certain chemotherapy medications, including bleomycin, cisplatin and doxorubicin.
  • A current chest infection, fever or acute respiratory illness.
  • Recent ear or sinus surgery, or an inability to equalise your ears.
  • An uncontrolled seizure disorder.
  • Pregnancy, or if you are trying to conceive.
  • Severe claustrophobia — speak with us first, our chamber seats two.

This list is a guide, not a complete medical screening. Every client completes a health assessment with a registered nurse before their first session, and suitability is always confirmed in person. If you are unsure, or have a condition not listed here, please contact us before booking.

  • Sessions run at 1.3 ATA and last 30, 60 or 90 minutes.
  • You may feel gentle pressure in your ears as the chamber pressurises, similar to a plane taking off.
  • Our chamber seats two people, so you can bring a partner or friend.
Photobiomodulation at My BioHealth

Photobiomodulation

Full body red light across four wavelengths for pain relief, muscle recovery and cellular renewal.

589nm · 630nm · 660nm · 850nm

You will stand or lie within full body red and near infrared light for around 20 minutes, fully clothed or in light clothing. The light reaches different depths depending on wavelength, from surface skin renewal through to muscle and joint tissue. Sessions are relaxing and need no downtime, so many clients pair one with another therapy on the same visit. Benefits build with consistency, typically two to three times a week over several weeks.

  • Arrive with clean skin — no makeup, lotion, oil or sunscreen on the areas being treated.
  • Remove jewellery and watches.
  • Protective eyewear is provided and must be worn.
  • Hydrate well before and after your session.

This treatment may not be suitable if:

  • You take medication that increases light sensitivity, such as some antibiotics, isotretinoin or St John’s Wort.
  • You have skin cancer, melanoma or an undiagnosed lesion in the treatment area.
  • You have photosensitive epilepsy.
  • You are pregnant — please discuss with your practitioner first.

  • There is no downtime — you can return to normal activity immediately.
Infrared Sauna at My BioHealth

Infrared Sauna

Deep heat therapy supporting circulation, detoxification and stress relief.

45 min sessions

Sessions run 45 minutes in a private cabin, where infrared panels gently raise your core body temperature rather than heating the surrounding air the way a traditional sauna does. That makes the heat easier to tolerate for a longer session while still encouraging a deep sweat, better circulation and a real sense of calm. Bring water and allow a few minutes afterwards to cool down and rehydrate.

  • Hydrate well before your session, and keep drinking water afterwards.
  • Avoid alcohol before your session.
  • Eat lightly — avoid a heavy meal beforehand.
  • Remove jewellery and contact lenses.
  • If it is your first session, start with a shorter time and build up.

This treatment may not be suitable if:

  • You are pregnant.
  • You have a cardiovascular condition such as unstable angina, a recent heart attack, or severe aortic stenosis.
  • You have very low blood pressure, or a condition that affects your ability to sweat or regulate heat.
  • You take medication that affects sweating, heat regulation or blood pressure.
  • You have a fever or an acute illness.
  • You have consumed alcohol or are under the influence of any substance.
  • You have multiple sclerosis or another condition worsened by heat.

  • Sessions run 45 minutes, available for one or two people.
  • Expect to sweat. Drink water before, during and after.
Magnesium Float Therapy at My BioHealth

Magnesium Float Therapy

Sensory deprivation float pod with pharmaceutical grade Epsom salt for deep nervous system reset.

Sleep · Stress · Recovery

You will float effortlessly in body temperature water saturated with pharmaceutical grade Epsom salt, inside a private pod with the lid open or closed, whichever you prefer. Sessions run 30 or 60 minutes, and the pod comfortably fits two people together, up to a maximum combined weight of 140kg, if you would rather share the experience. With sound, light and gravity removed from the equation, many clients find the first 20 minutes an adjustment before a deep sense of calm sets in. Magnesium absorbs through the skin throughout, supporting muscle relaxation and nervous system recovery.

  • Shower before your float — this is required, and showers are available on site.
  • Avoid shaving or waxing for 12 to 24 hours beforehand, as the salt can sting.
  • Avoid caffeine for a few hours before, so you can properly relax.
  • Eat lightly about an hour before — not too full, not hungry.
  • If you have coloured your hair recently, wait 1 to 2 weeks before floating.
  • Remove contact lenses before entering the pod.

This treatment may not be suitable if:

  • You have open wounds, cuts, fresh tattoos or a skin infection.
  • You have an infectious or communicable disease.
  • You experience incontinence.
  • You have uncontrolled epilepsy.
  • You have severe claustrophobia — the pod lid can stay open.
  • You have kidney disease — please discuss with your practitioner, as magnesium is absorbed through the skin.
  • You are pregnant, particularly in the first trimester — please check with your practitioner and doctor.
  • You are under the influence of alcohol or any substance.

This list is a guide, not a complete medical screening. Every client completes a health assessment with a registered nurse before their first session, and suitability is always confirmed in person. If you are unsure, or have a condition not listed here, please contact us before booking.

Recovery Boots at My BioHealth

Recovery Boots

Dynamic compression therapy to support circulation, reduce soreness and speed recovery.

After Exercise · DOMS

You will sit comfortably while compression boots sequentially inflate up the legs, mirroring the muscle pump action that assists blood and lymphatic flow. Sessions run 40 or 60 minutes and are commonly booked straight after exercise or alongside another therapy. Most clients read or check messages throughout, since the sensation is firm but not uncomfortable.

  • Wear comfortable clothing such as leggings or track pants — you stay fully clothed.
  • Avoid applying lotion or oil to your legs beforehand.
  • Empty your bladder before your session.
  • Tell your practitioner if you feel any pain, rather than pressure, at any point.

This treatment may not be suitable if:

  • You have open wounds, a skin infection or active cellulitis in the area.
  • You have congestive heart failure or pulmonary oedema.

IV Nutrient Therapy

Infusions including vitamins, minerals, NAD+ and iron, delivered by a nurse to support energy, hydration and recovery.

Vitamins · NAD+ · Iron

A registered nurse reviews your health history before your first infusion to confirm suitability. The drip itself takes around 30 to 45 minutes, during which you can sit back and relax. Popular options include vitamin and mineral blends for general wellness, NAD+ to support cellular energy and healthy ageing, and iron infusions for clients who are low in iron or feeling persistently fatigued. Because nutrients are delivered directly into the bloodstream, absorption is faster and more complete than oral supplements.

  • Eat a proper meal before your appointment — do not come fasted.
  • Hydrate well in the 24 hours beforehand, as it makes the cannula easier to place.
  • Wear a short sleeve top, or something with sleeves that roll up easily.
  • Avoid alcohol the day before.
  • Bring a list of your medications, supplements and any allergies.

This treatment may not be suitable if:

  • You have kidney disease or reduced kidney function.
  • You have heart failure or fluid restriction advice from your doctor.
  • You have G6PD deficiency — particularly relevant for high dose vitamin C.
  • You have a known allergy to any of the infusion components.
  • You are pregnant or breastfeeding — please discuss with your practitioner and doctor.
  • You have an active infection or fever.

This list is a guide, not a complete medical screening. Every client completes a health assessment with a registered nurse before their first session, and suitability is always confirmed in person. If you are unsure, or have a condition not listed here, please contact us before booking.

  • Infusions run 30 to 45 minutes and are administered by a registered nurse.
  • A brief health screen is completed before your first infusion.
  • You may feel a cool sensation, or taste some of the vitamins, during the infusion — this is normal.

Health Kiosk Scan

Objective baseline: body composition, blood pressure, SpO₂ and more — measured, not guessed.

Included in Blueprint

A quick, noninvasive scan captures body composition, blood pressure, pulse, SpO₂ and other baseline vitals in a few minutes. This is the objective half of your Recovery Blueprint, sitting alongside your own goals and symptoms, and it is repeated periodically so you and your practitioner can see real, measured progress rather than relying on how you feel on any given day.

  • Avoid a heavy meal or intense exercise for around 2 hours beforehand.
  • Empty your bladder before scanning.
  • Wear light clothing. You will remove shoes and socks.
  • Avoid alcohol and excessive caffeine on the day, as they affect hydration readings.

This treatment may not be suitable if:

  • You have a cardiac pacemaker or any implanted electronic device — the body composition scan uses bioelectrical impedance.
  • You are pregnant.

This list is a guide, not a complete medical screening. Every client completes a health assessment with a registered nurse before their first session, and suitability is always confirmed in person. If you are unsure, or have a condition not listed here, please contact us before booking.

  • The scan takes around 10 minutes and measures body composition, blood pressure, SpO₂ and more.
  • It is included in the Recovery Blueprint, and available separately as a Standard or Advanced scan.
  • Results give you an objective baseline to track progress against over time.
