What we collect

When you use this website or book with us, we may collect your name, email, phone number, and — as part of your Recovery Blueprint or consultation — health and wellbeing information you choose to share, plus objective measurements taken during your Health Kiosk assessment.

How we use it

We use this information to provide services, prepare your personalised Recovery Pathway or treatment plan, manage bookings and payments, and communicate with you about your care.

Third parties

We use a small number of trusted third party services to run this website and our business, each of which processes a limited slice of your information for a specific purpose:

• Fresha — processes treatment and package bookings and payments.
• Square — processes Recovery Blueprint payments.
• Web3Forms — delivers contact form and Recovery Blueprint enquiries (including your Recovery Score answers, if provided) to our clinic email inbox.
• Google Analytics — collects anonymised, aggregated data about how visitors use this website (pages viewed, general location, device type), to help us improve it. IP addresses are anonymised.
• Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Pixel — if enabled for advertising purposes, may collect anonymised data about visits from Meta ad campaigns. Not currently active on this site.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

Analytics & cookies

This site uses cookies and similar technologies for the analytics purposes described above. You can control or block cookies through your browser settings at any time; doing so may not affect your ability to use the site, but may limit our ability to understand how it is used.

Health information

The Recovery Blueprint tool asks about your energy, sleep, stress, pain, mobility and focus. This is health related information under Australian privacy law. By submitting the Blueprint form, you consent to this information being sent to our clinic (via Web3Forms) so our nurses can prepare your personalised Recovery Pathway. We recommend not including any information beyond what the form specifically asks for in free text fields.

Data storage

Enquiry and booking details submitted through this website are stored securely and used only to respond to your enquiry or prepare your assessment.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by contacting admin@mybiohealth.com.au.
