Ice Bath Therapy is safe for most people; however, those with cardiovascular disease, unmanaged high/low blood pressure, Raynaud’s Syndrome, or pregnancy should consult a healthcare provider before booking.

Many clients use ice baths 1–2 times per week to maximise recovery and build resilience. Frequency can be tailored based on your training load, stress levels, or wellness goals.
